DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in learning how to bicycle in or around a city safely\, but want some tips for navigating city streets? Or are you a bicyclist who wants to learn how to use an Indego Bike? \nPlease join our experienced team from the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia (BCGP) for a free 90-minute class that will give you the knowledge to start bicycling safely in Philadelphia. You will receive a free 30-day pass to ride an Indego bike at the end of the class. Sign up today! \nDee Dukes is the founder and President of the Wynnefield Community Neighborhood Association (WCNA)\, where she has led community engagement and advocacy efforts since 2021. A lifelong Wynnefield resident and civic leader\, she also serves in leadership roles with several Philadelphia organizations focused on education\, public safety\, and neighborhood development. \nTopics covered include: \n-Bike laws and rules of the road\n-Bicycling etiquette\n-How to use Indego\n-Riding in traffic safely\n-Proper helmet usage\n-Choosing a route \nNo bike is needed!
