DESCRIPTION:From their event page:  \nJoin Fairmount Park Conservancy and Yogi Den for an all-level\, themed story flow yoga session in East Fairmount Park. \nStory Flow is a guided yoga experience where movement and storytelling come together to create transformation. Participants journey through a powerful\, relatable story that mirrors real-life challenges\, growth\, and breakthroughs. Each posture\, breath\, and pause represents a moment in the narrative\, helping people release emotion\, build awareness\, and connect deeply with themselves and the group. \nThis program will take place behind the Boxers’ Trail Gateway in East Fairmount Park\, located at the corner of 33rd Street and West Dauphin Drive. \nWe Walk PHL and Yogi Den will be leading a Story Flow Walk before yoga from 9-9:45 AM. This event is free. If interested in attending\, please register for both yoga (below) and the walk. Registration for the walk can be found here.

Or are you a bicyclist who wants to learn how to use an Indego Bike? \nPlease join our experienced team from the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia (BCGP) for a free 90-minute class that will give you the knowledge to start bicycling safely in Philadelphia. You will receive a free 30-day pass to ride an Indego bike at the end of the class.
