Frequently Asked Questions

For employees

Do employees need to use a company email address?

All employees must use a company email address to register for the program.

How can employees who are current Indego passholders switch to a corporate pass?

If you are currently an Indego30 passholder, you can switch your pass to a corporate pass. Your corporate pass will become effective the day your existing Indego30 pass expires.

How soon can employees start riding after signing up?

All passes purchased with a credit card become active immediately. Current passholders can continue using their existing Indego Key; new passholders will receive an Indego Key and Welcome Packet in the mail within approximately 5-7 business days. Until you receive your key, you can use the credit card associated with your pass to check out a bike. At the kiosk, you will be asked if you want to purchase a trip. Select “I have a pass” since you are a passholder and the system will recognize your account.

If you have purchased with cash, you will need to add a credit card to switch to a corporate pass.

Who is responsible for usage fees?

The passholder is responsible for paying usage fees. The employer is not responsible.

Are there helmets available for purchase?

The Indego Passholder Perks program offers our passholders great discounts and deals from many of our partners. There are several companies that offer discounts on helmets for Indego passholders. For more information click here.

How often will employees be billed?

Pass fees are charged when registration occurs and will automatically reoccur monthly unless you cancel your pass. Usage fees will be charged to your card at the end of each 30-day period.

For employers

How often will my company be billed?

Employers will be billed monthly.

How many employees are required to sign up?

You must have a minimum of five people in your organization to be eligible for the program. As a company, you commit to paying for at least 5 employees a month for a minimum of 6 months.

Is it possible to pay corporate fees with a check?

When organizations sign up for the corporate pass program they are asked to enter a credit card for automated billing. At this time checks are not accepted.

What if some of my employees are PA Access cardholders?

Individuals who are PA Access cardholders are eligible for a pass at a reduced rate.  Learn more about the Indego30 Access Pass.

What happens if an employee stops paying their passholder fees? Will the company still be charged?

If your employee stops paying their passholder fees, their pass will expire, and the employer will not be charged until that passholder renews their corporate pass.
