Comprised of the most experienced bike share operations team in the industry, Bicycle Transit Systems manages all operational elements of Indego, including bike and station maintenance, marketing, and customer service.

The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia is a non-profit advocacy and education organization working as part of the Better Bike Share Partnership to support bike share and biking education. Better Bike Share Partnership is funded by the JPB Foundation.
Transportation, physical activity, fresh air, I have diabetes, something to do with my son, spending time with others… These are the reasons identified by a group of individuals from Philadelphia mental health centers about why they would use Indego. We also found out that 96% wanted to ride a bike but needed some support to do so! So we decided to do something about it.
