I'm purchasing an Indego gift certificate

How do I know my gift certificate was sent/received?

To see if your gift certificate was sent, please check your purchase receipt which includes confirmation of the email to whom the pass was sent to. To see if your gift certificate was received, please confirm with the receipt whose contact information the pass was sent to.

How do I know if the gift certificate I purchased was redeemed?

Please check with the recipient of the gift certificate to confirm if they have received and redeemed their Indego pass.

Do I get a discount for being an Indego passholder?

Active Indego monthly or annual pass holders are encouraged to share their referral code in which new users can get a 50% discount on their first month of Indego and you’ll get a free week added to your pass for each renewal.

How do I redeem my Indego gift certificate?

New users can visit the “Pass Pricing” page of the Indego website and select the corresponding pass to the gift certificate they received.

After entering the contact information, add the promo code you received in your inbox at the “Finish and Pay” page during checkout.  Select apply and proceed with signing up.  Once completed you can start riding by using the mobile checkout feature at any Indego station using the mobile app or with the phone number search feature at any kiosk touch screen.

Does gift certificate cover the cost of additional usage fees?

Indego gift certificates do not cover the cost of additional fees such as extended ride times or rides taken on Indego electric bikes. Optional fees are billed to the credit or debit card associated with the redeemed Indego pass.

What if I have an existing Indego pass?

Indego requires that each rider is associated with only one account. If you have an existing account, please log in and visit the “My Account” page.

Once signed in select “Renew or change pass” then select the corresponding pass to the gift certificate you received.  Select “Add a promo code” then enter the code you received in your inbox and select “Renew pass”.  Please note that any prior unpaid or pending fees will be charged during the renewal process.

I’m getting the error message “This email address is not available” when trying to enter my contact information.

You are receiving this error because of an existing Indego account associated with the same contact information. Please login to your previous account to redeem your Indego gift card.
