Chair Yoga at The Yard

Join Fairmount Park Conservancy, the Strawberry Mansion CDC, and instructor Dara Palmer for a free chair yoga* program at The Yard on Coltrane Street!
Chair yoga allows for stretching and increasing flexibility while seated, making it suitable for different ages and ranges of mobility. Folding chairs will be set up in The Yard, a new outdoor public space managed by the Strawberry Mansion CDC and located at the neighborhood edge of East Fairmount Park behind the famous John Coltrane House.
*While the program will be catered towards chair yoga, mats are also welcome.
