Biking-N-Birding Mental Wealth Ride with MBK Cares, Black Men Heal, and Audubon Society

About the Ride:
Join us for an Indego Group Ride hosted by My Brother’s Keeper Cares, Black Men Heal, and Audubon Mid-Atlantic. This unique community experience brings together cycling, mental wellness, and birdwatching, offering space to connect, reflect, and enjoy nature’s beauty.
My Brother’s Keeper Cares is a community-based mental health nonprofit supporting Philadelphia youth and families. Black Men Heal works to remove barriers to mental health care and promotes healing and wellness in communities of color, while Audubon Mid-Atlantic brings its expertise in conservation and environmental education.
This will be a slow-paced bicycle group ride beginning and ending at the Indego Station on N. 33rd St. and Reservoir Dr. in Strawberry Mansion. We will be exploring trails, the historical Mansion of East Fairmount Park, and The Discovery Center. This is a great ride to reduce stress and escape the day-to-day grind on a bike-friendly ride. Come connect with like-minded people and learn more about what MBKCares is all about.
Registered participants will have the opportunity to ride Indego’s E-Bike. All participants must be over the age of 14 to ride in this event and 16 years of age or older to ride an E-bike. A guardian or parent must accompany all minors. No exceptions.
Every ride is led by a trained staff member of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia and all participants are expected to follow the Rules of the Road.
