Join Transit Forward Philly at City Hall as we advocate in support of a budget to keep Philly moving. Take a look at our budget priorities below and use this guide to craft your public comment.
To sign up to speak at City Hall, please Call 215-686-3407 or email Budget.Hearings@phila.gov by 3 p.m. on the day prior to the public testimony session with:
- Your full name
- Whether you support or oppose a bill or resolution
- Telephone Number
- Street Address
