Expanded Service During the Tournament
To support increased ridership during the FIFA World Cup 2026™, the Indego team is expanding service in key areas across Philadelphia. In South Philadelphia, we’ve installed additional docks near the Sports Complex at Broad & Pattison, along with a new station at 10th & Phillies Way to improve access to and from stadium events. Other nearby stations include: FDR Park and 10th & Packer.
Indego is also preparing for increased activity at the FIFA Fan Festival™ in Fairmount Park and has installed two side-by-side temporary pop-up stations, Lemon Hill East and Lemon Hill West, near Sedgley & Kelly Drive by the Abraham Lincoln Monument. These stations will provide additional access between Fan Fest activities, surrounding neighborhoods, and Center City. Other nearby stations include: Philadelphia Museum of Art, Schuylkill Banks Pergola, 24th & Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania & Fairmount, Perelman Building, 27th & Pennsylvania, and 31st& Girard.
During the World Cup, our Operations team will be actively monitoring station status and making real-time adjustments to ensure bike and dock availability. If needed, we’ll have team members on-site at Lemon Hill East & West and Broad & Pattison during peak hours to support riders.
Using Indego for the First Time
New to Indego? Getting started is easy.
Riders can purchase a pass on the mobile app or website. Simply purchase a pass, choose a bike at any station, unlock the bike using the mobile app, and start riding. Never leave a bike unattended or outside of a dock when not in use. All Indego bikes must be returned to a station at the end of your ride by firmly pushing the bike into an available dock.

Choosing the Right Pass
Indego offers several pass options depending on how long you’ll be visiting Philadelphia and how often you plan to ride. Whether you’re taking a quick trip to a match or exploring neighborhoods throughout your stay, there’s an option that fits your plans.

Before riding, be sure to review ride time limits and any applicable Indego Electric bike fees associated with your pass type.
Important Information for International Visitors
International riders may experience issues when purchasing a pass through the app, particularly when using credit cards issued outside the United States. If your payment is declined, you may need to contact your bank to authorize the transaction before trying again.
If you are using Apple Pay, make sure the billing information associated with your payment method matches the billing information connected to your Apple Pay account.
While some Indego stations still display card readers and kiosks, all passes must be purchased through the Indego mobile app. Station kiosks are no longer able to process payments.
Tips Before You Ride
- Download the Indego app before arriving at a station
- Plan your ride: Review bike and dock availability at your pickup station and drop-off station before you begin your trip
- Have a pass that includes unlimited 1-hour rides? Docking your bike ends your ride and resets the ride clock
- Be aware of additional fees for rides that exceed the included ride time or for using an Indego Electric bike
- All riders must dock their Indego bike at a station at the end of their ride
