Join us for an urban garden bike tour followed by community + wellness in the garden. Hosted by the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, Indego, Black Girl Joy,  and Get Fresh Daily, this event promises a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and community spirit of West Philly.

This leisurely bike ride will cover a scenic 5-mile loop, allowing you to discover hidden gems and lush oases right in your own backyard. Along the way, our knowledgeable guides will share insights about the diverse gardens, sustainable practices, and the stories behind each garden.

After the group ride, participants can join us in the Get Fresh Daily Garden from 12 pm – 2 pm to enjoy complimentary food and a “Twerk-Yoga” class at Global Leadership Academy (West). 

Every ride is led by a trained staff member of the Bicycle Coalition and all participants are expected to follow the Rules of the Road.

     -This ride will be beginner-friendly and at a leisurely pace

     -Helmets will be provided for Indego riders

     -You must be 16 years of age to ride an Indego E-Bike

     -We will be riding with motor vehicles 

     -Water, snacks, and swag will be provided

Please let ride leaders know about any medical conditions.

Indego riders should plan to stay with the group for the entire ride.

*Height Restrictions: The bikes we use for the class are recommended for 5’2″ and up. Please let us know if you’d like to come out with your bike.
