This is my first day, and I really don’t think I’ll be using septa anytime in the future!! I wish you would just put them further North, in the Riverwards

Not sure if I will use your service again. I had to walk to multiple stations to find bikes. Then, when I had completed my trip the station near my home was full. The next available station was over half a mile away. I felt very inconvenienced. Many of the stations aren’t on bike lanes either!

Oh no! That’s not what we like to hear. We always recommend checking the Indego app or online station map before heading out. Working really hard to balance supply with demand.

Please consider extra attention in the vicinity of CHOP/HUP – seemed to be lots of full docks yesterday

Yesterday was my first time using this services and it was easy. However, this morning there was no bikes available in the out shirts of the city during rush hour (17th and Girard/ 17th and Spring). I know you have overflow station in the city but could you also consider overflow stations locations in the out shirts also during the SEPTA strike. Thank you in advance.

I just joined a couple days ago because of the SEPTA strike, and so far it’s been a very good experience. However it can be really stressful looking at the app and seeing there’s only a couple bikes left when the end of the work day is approaching. I also wish there was a station at the Singing Fountain on Passyunk Ave or somewhere in that area. We need more stations in South Philly!

Please put a station near or at the 69th Street Terminal. The closest bike station is on 48th street. I would gladly switch over from Septa if stations become available nearby, especially during the spring and summer seasons!

Please consider making bike share work for all of us by adding ADA accessible bicycles like adult trikes, bikes with child seats/bike trailers, and kid bikes generally. Families, people with disabilities, and the elderly want to bike too!

Please consider putting a station in Wissahickon park, maybe near Valley Green, I would definitely use it and it would allow tourists a great way to see one of the most beautiful inner city parks in the world!
