How far ahead can I purchase the first Friday discount? Does it have to be that day (i.e., July 5) or can I do this in advance? How do you “unlock” the bikes from the docking (or “locking”) station (I am hoping for non-electric bikes)?
Hello! The First Friday discount will only work on the First Friday of each month. Indego’s Guest Pass activates when you take your first ride, so you can purchase and wait to use it on another day. You can download Indego’s free mobile app and use the mobile unlock feature once you have your pass.
